Mulyono is passionate about Taxation, Accounting, Finance, and Legal topics. He has accounting, finance, and legal backgrounds. Mulyono has a doctorate degree in law (University of Jayabaya) and triple master’s degrees in finance (University of Indonesia), law (University of Padjajaran), and Notary (Pelita Harapan University), as well as several professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant, and Affiliate Wealth Manager.
He is also a licensed legal counsel in Taxation Court, a licensed advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI), and a registered tax consultant. His unique combination of technical knowledge in tax, accounting, finance, and legal matters, as well as his expertise of the Indonesian taxation business process system enables him to become a trusted advisor to his clients. He is able to deliver holistic and practical taxation services to clients and accomplish complex and challenging tax-related projects.

Mulyadi has a passion for assisting businesses to manage and grow, he believes to have sustainable growth they have to execute their plans efficiently while at the same time complying with national regulations. Specializing in tax compliance & MSME (Micro, Small, & Medium Enterprise,) he has over 13 years of experience supervising clients from various industries such as manufacturing, trading, construction, transportation, and hospitality.
Mulyadi has a creative, interdisciplinary approach to the complexities of tax planning for businesses. Mulyadi’s clients benefit from his relationship-based approach to delivering thoughtful tax advice. Mulyadi earned his bachelor’s degree in financial management from Tarumanagara University in 2009. He started his career at JJ Consultindo as a tax consultant, and in 2013, he built a consulting service firm, Magna. He joined Mul & Co in 2018 as a partner and currently is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Bara is experienced and actively engaged in various projects in Indonesia providing legal and tax advisory services concerning corporate restructuring schemes undertaken by the company or the company’s affiliates e.g., funding structure, ownership transfer, investment, and financial technology. He has been involved in assisting and representing corporations, high net worth individuals, private companies, public listed companies, state-owned companies, and foreign investment companies, in areas of property, hospitality, entertainment, oil and gas, mining, aviation, and shipping services. He finished his Bachelor of Business Major in Finance and Business law in 2008 from Edith Cowan University and parallel with that in the same year he also graduated from the Universitas Jakarta earning his Law degree in 2008 (Sarjana Hukum.) Furthermore, he finished his Master’s of Business Administration in 2010 from Edith Cowan University.
Bara is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Prior to joining Mul & Co, he spent several years at PB Taxand and JFT Law Firm. He strives to maintain the highest standard of ethical and practical law in Indonesia. He understands and manages the high priority of trust and confidentiality of his client's interests. For him, the client’s needs go far beyond legal services as he has a broad scope of deep knowledge and understanding in these areas.
